Think about this ;-)

Your perceived reality is only a concept, a construction.

•Life is a continuous stream of illusion that appears to be real.  This stream is confusing to the ego, which us unable to distinguish what is real from what isn't.

•Who you think that you are, and what you think you are isn’t true "reality".  It is a false reality that is open to continual adjustment, revision, and interpretation. Question what your mind is telling you about who and what you are.

•Your ability to perceive clearly what is real and what isn’t real is the difference between your experiencing happiness or misery.

•Just because your brain, mind tells you anything, it doesn’t mean that it’s real at all.

•For example, just because your mind tells you all the reasons that you are tired or should be tired, doesn’t make "tiredness" real. If you deeply listen into the pure sensation of tiredness, or depression, or unhappiness, you will find It is all part of changeable reality. A reality that is open to continual adjustment, revision, and interpretation.

•Question everything that the mind tells you about your experiences and feelings.  What your mind is informing you of has little to do with "reality", yet is completely determining the quality of your life.

Spiritual Sanity depends on your ability to distinguish what is real from what isn’t.

Spiritual Adulthood depends on your ability to see life the way it actually is, independent of the stories that mommy and daddy told you about the way it is or should be...
